I found this chapter of the book particularly heart wrenching, because it’s about more than money and shopping, but that’s what most people were concerned with at this time. It says that someone let off a bomb on a main street and killed children. It doesn’t make sense to me as to what would motivate you to do that. This kind of hatred is disgusting and for no reason. We’re all just people in the same space trying to get through life, love each other, don’t blow each other up for being a different skin color.
