This blog is for AMST 313: America in the Twentieth Century. For this course, students are focusing on American consumerism, arguably one of the most important phenomenon of the twentieth century. To explore this issue, students are reflecting on reading assignments, fieldwork, and class discussions and exercises in their blog posts. They are also participating in consumerism by creating their own shopping blog.
