Thanks for the tip! I have suffered from migraine for many years, and is always looking for better ways to relieve the pain and other typical symptoms. The single best prescription-free medicine I have ever used to treat migraine is the combination of the Nurofen Plus tablet (200mg ibuprofen and 12.8mg codeine) and an effervescent tablet with 500mg aspirin and 50mg caffeine.

Now, codeine is a bit dangerous as it is addictive and very pleasant to take. But it is what makes the difference between relieving the pain - and removing the pain for me. I find it worth the risk, and worth recommending to others. Just be aware and never take codeine outside the migraine window. :)

I like your style Kam. If you like good books check out, 'The Flame of Heaven' by Andrew P. Wright. Not quite as harrowing as 'House of Sand and Fog' but a good thrill ride. Historical fiction, fantasy and suspense all rolled into one.

Availble on amazon and Barnes & Nobel for $13.95

Good reading.

I know what you mean. I can spend hours standing in front of the displays at Michaels, trying not to buy anything. This year I managed to buy a few new houses but was able to get them at 50% off at Michaels. Now that I've filled up my mantel area, I'm trying to figure out how can I fit in more which I'm hoping will put a stop to buying, though now things will soon be on clearance at michaels which is even a better way to buy. Besides, who needs to eat.

Although I am a die hard Red Sox fan, I am also saddened that such a "home of history" will be taken down. Oh well, there's always Fenway Park.

As a New Yorker and a Yankees fan I am of course saddened by the demolition of Yankee Stadium. I saw my last game in July and I truly wish I got out to one last one...but alas. The "House that Ruth Build" will be missed but I am interested in going to a game at the new one in the future.

I just checked out this artist on Myspace and I am a fan...he reminds me of Rett Miller a little or even Ryan Adams with the orchestration of Pete Yorn or even Rufus Wainwright. In other words, I dig it!
